Return & Exchange Policy
Jomso.com is committed to providing its customers complete satisfaction. Jomso.com strives to enhance the shopping experience of its customers, while providing the best quality products and services. In order to ensure the same, Jomso.com is always ready and willing to go the extra mile for its customers. We accept the the return from customers without any single questions. Return of the products are accepted within 7 days. Just drop an email to email@example.com and mention your name, order number and the product SKU to make it clear and hasselfree. Once we revert your email, customers can send their products back to us. Customers also can exchange, if they wish to.
PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM
- We accept the return within 7 workin days. All one need to do is drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a return pick up, if the service is available at the pincode. If return pick up service is not available at the center, one has to send it back to us through any courier and we will reimburse an amount of 100 Rs. to it.
- We will refund the amount in case of products be found in damage condition. If one does not like the product, then a credit note of the same amount will genertaed to them which has got no expiry date. One can purchase anything from our website using that Credit note in the future.
- We do not refund the shipping amount that has been charged while ordering products. only the product amount will be refunded in any case (both refund and Credit note)
- On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that Jomso.com may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
- In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at email@example.com, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
- Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Jomso.com regarding the same.
- In case of any other complaints, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Jomso.com for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Jomso.com does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product. Stitched products and custom made products which are made as per customer's instructions, are not accepted as return in any case until it is found in a damage condition. Stitched outfits are made with the body measurements provided by customers. If stitched outfits which are made as per your given measurements and instructions, is not fit to customers, jomso.com is not liable for any action against it.
- The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Jomso.com shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
- All defective products being returned to Jomso.com shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.
- All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
- All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Jomso.com within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Jomso.com. We do not accept stitched products which are made as per customer's measurement.
- Safe receipt of defective product by Jomso.com is sole responsibility of the customer.
- While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
